I started making halters for our own horses out of a simple need. Whenever I was ready to ride, the good halters seemed to have disappeared, and the ones left behind were worn or in poor condition. So I decided to make my own.
When friends saw what I was making, they began asking for halters of their own. What started as a solution for our barn grew into Pulido Halters, handmade here in Buellton, California.
My goal is to make a halter that is comfortable for your horse, practical for your equine activities, and personal to you. Whether it features your ranch logo, your horse’s name, or a design with special meaning, each halter is made with care and attention to detail.
